Easily replace individual slates. Cut fixing nails without disturbing other overlapping slates. Pass the long hooked blade up between the slates, locate one of the hooks over the fixing nail, and pull down sharply to cut the nail. 740mm (29") slater's ripper with sloped tip for easy slotting under slates.
