“ Fitted this to my great grandfather Ewell no. 10 billhook and with a little club hammer 'persuasion' it turned a tool that I saw as an antique to oneday hang on a wall somewhere into a very functional tool again - very pleased withe result. Good quality product - possibly ash? Will definitely give years of service. Have a second bill hook and handle to do but reckon this will happily fit similar tools with a full tang. ”

“ Very pleased - the handle was supplied unvarnished (which is good imo) and had already been 'step drilled'. Any shoppers looking for guidance on fitting billhook handles, or other sorts of tool handles can look here http://handbooks.btcv.org.uk/handbooks/index/book/62 ”

“ Very good price for a good quality item. Used one for an old Elwell billhook and one to replace the original handle on a reasonably new Morris Newtown.
If I find any more hooks in need of a handle, I'd have no hesitation ordering more of these. ”
“ After visiting all local hardware and diy stores, including the original bill hook stockist, I was delighted to find exactly my requirement on your website. Many thanks. ”

“ Well-made though somewhat small for my particular blade. My fault for not measuring before ordering. ”
