All of your information is entered and managed through the Customer Registration process and the My Account section of the website. Each piece of information is clearly labelled so that you can understand what is being collected.
We require you to complete all fields unless they are marked '(optional)' since we cannot fulfil your orders without them. These include your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. The remaining fields are optional however, these are useful for us if we need to contact you in the event of an order problem.
How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used for processing your orders. We will only use your postal address for dispatching your orders. In the event of a problem with an order, we may contact you by telephone.
You may optionally register for our newsletter which will contain information and special offers on the Toolspot.co.uk website. We will not send more than one newsletter to you a month and you always have the option to unsubscribe.
Disclosure To Third Parties
We can guarantee that we will never disclose any of your information to a third-party for any reasons other than those directly related to processing and dispatching your order (i.e. payment processing and courier companies). You can be reassured that we will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information with other party.
