Where will you send orders?
Our main delivery services are to United Kingdom and we also deliver to European Union countries and other selected worldwide countries.
The countries included in the European Union are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Other countries we will deliver to are: United States of America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
How soon will you send my order?
Place your order by 1pm on a working day and we aim to send your order the same day. If you order after 1pm, then we aim to send your order on the next working day.
How much does delivery cost and how long will delivery take?
How much delivery costs and how long delivery will take depends where you live.
For the UK, we have four delivery zones, each with different delivery services. These are mainland (1) England, Wales and Southern Scotland, (2) Scottish Highlands and Islands, (3) Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Scilly Isles, and (4) Channel Isles. If you're not sure which area your delivery address comes under, you can check which zone my postcode is in.

Other Delivery Zones
For other delivery zones outside of mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland, and countries outside of the UK have varying delivery options depending on the weight and/or price of the items you wish to buy. Will I need to sign for my order?
If you choose our Express Delivery option, or your order is heavy (e.g. generally all orders over 2kg) or it's for £20 or more, then we will send your order by courier and a signature will be required. Some other orders may also require a signature.
Which courier do you use?
We use FedEx UK and Royal Mail.
If your order is sent with FedEx, then we will email you your parcel consignment number and you can track your order through the FedEx website. You can also call FedEx directly on 08456 07 08 09 and quote your consignment number.
We use Royal Mail for lower priority orders.
What if my order does not arrive on time?
All orders are processed and dispatched with the intention of being delivered in the time frame we specify. Unfortunately things do sometimes go wrong and orders are not delivered on time. For this reason, the delivery dates we show are estimates and not guarantees.
However, if your order has arrived later than you were expecting, we are happy to refund the delivery charge you have paid. We cannot however be held responsible for any further inconvenience.
Will you only deliver to my credit/debit card address?
To make it easier for you to receive your order, we will send to any address - such as your work or a friend or relatives address. For security reasons, you will also need to give the address where your credit/debit card is registered.
